There is no cookie cutter approach here. Every plan of action will be created with a customized approach — with you, for you. It's your life, you have to live it. I'm just here to help you identify what your goals are and to help you reach them.

Fit Living offers a unique approach for every person seeking a healthier, more fit lifestyle. Personal fitness coaching occurs outside of the gym and will be fun and exciting. We'll work out in your home, in the park, on the trail... whatever or wherever your interest takes us! No need to spend money on a gym membership. You'll learn how easy it is to adopt an exercise routine that you will enjoy, plus you'll learn the concepts necessary to be able to adapt your routine to your daily schedule changes. You'll like the way you look and feel.
Specialized services are available for older adults, too. Using a home-based plan that incorporates nutrition counseling, aerobic and strength training that is customized to the needs of an older person, you'll see improvements in range of motion, flexibility, balance and stability, and have increased stamina.
Weight management is a struggle for so many people. Diets don't work. We've tried them over and over and we've learned our lesson. Fit Living takes a different approach. You will learn all the benefits of being more active and making healthy food choices and will realize how easy these lifestyle changes are to maintain to keep the weight off for good! You'll have more energy and feel good about the new you.
All services include a free initial consultation. We will identify what your fitness goals are and what you like to do. Your fitness prescription will be customized especially for you. It is a healthy body/healthy mind approach. Each plan contains nutrition counseling, aerobic and strength training, and all the emotional support you need to keep you motivated and on track to accomplish your fitness goals.
